American-Palestinian Youth Freed Following Nine-Month Period in Israeli Imprisonment

A American-Palestinian adolescent after completing a nine-month period in Israeli detention without being charged has been freed.
The teenager Mohammed Ibrahim had just turned 15 when he was arrested in February throughout the West Bank territory, during a family visit while residing in Florida under suspicion of rock throwing at Jewish settlers, claims he consistently denied.
American diplomatic officials expressed satisfaction with the news of Mohammed's release.
Now sixteen years old, needed medical care for treatment immediately after release, relatives told the media.

The uncle, Zeyad Kadur said the family had been "living a horrific and endless nightmare" over the last nine months.

The state department stated they would maintain to offer diplomatic assistance to the teenager's relatives.

A group of American legislators endorsed a document to diplomatic officials and the White House, urging greater action for his freedom.
Mohammed's parent, with four children operating an ice cream shop from Florida, had earlier stated his child admitted guilt regarding stone throwing after being assaulted by soldiers.
The father hadn't visited or communicated with his son following the detention, learning information solely about his son's condition in detention through court documents.
Mohammed was held lacking indictment within Ofer penitentiary throughout the occupied territory.
Additionally housing adult prisoners, some of whom have been convicted of serious terrorism offences and homicide.
